GBThere was a lovely walk for our dogs and a nice big telly for us to watch the world cup football.
The dual carriageway was right outside the gate and very noisy. The hot water cut out part way through my shower so assume the water pressure drops when the main house is using water, leaving us to have a cold shower.
GBNice clean and comfortable accommodation..very friendly owners checking all ok, great open space at the rear for walking the dogs.

GBGBAwesome place to stay. The owners were delightful. Very accommodating and friendly. Their son was a lovely young man. Their dog Piper was a lovely play pal for our dog Loki the holyhugger. The cabin is lovely with everything you need. It is well presented, clean and inviting. They have a lovely 10 acre woodland at the back of the property to explore and a swing. Yes I had a go, it made me feel like a kid again 😁 Our host very kindly offered us to join them for a BBQ. It was a delightful meal. Fresh eggs for breakfast from the chickens and a coffee in the garden. What more could you ever need. An absolutely beautiful property and wonderful owners. We would highly recommend to anyone. We will be booking again. Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel so welcome. It was Loki's first holiday and she had a blast. Only wish we could have stayed longer but we had to get back to the real world 😊

GBAlthough it was a little difficult to find, the host Alison was really helpful, and directed us over the telephone.
The bathroom wasn’t clean.

Two of our guests stayed in the bedroom with the bunkbeds, upon returning home (to separate properties), they both became covered in bed bug bites. After discussing with the owners, they were adamant it was not from their property, however the guests live at different properties & had not been with eachother since. Also, their large dog has free roam of the surrounding areas of the cabin, my wife & I were leaving to attend an event at the NEC arena, the dog jumped up at me covering my clothes in mud, then proceeded to jump into our car and cover our seats in mud, with no apology from the owners. Upon our arrival, mouldy food was found in the microwave which we had to dispose of. Although it states Wi-Fi is provided, this only worked for approximately 10 minutes of our 2 night stay. Finding the property is difficult, there is then a very heavy gate for you to slide across to enter the premises. It is located next to a very busy dual carriageway, so there is the constant noise of cars flying past throughout the stay. There was also a strong smell of cannabis on one of the mornings, but the owners were once again adamant this was not caused by themselves. When addressing all of these issues with the owners, they were very dismissive and unhelpful.
GBQuite an unusual property very quirky. Nice and warm with a log fire going on arrival. Owners very welcoming too. Found the access a little difficult off the A38 though and the road had a few potholes on entrance.
