Designer 4-Bed Home in the Heart of Belfast

The house was lovely, quirky and big enough for 8 of us. Not far from Belfast city centre and cheap in an Uber.

The Host was excellent with the information provided before and assisted us during our stay with the heating via a message which she responded to straight away. The accommodation was well equipped hairdryer, iron and ironing board and lovely decorations and spacious. The location was excellent with good shops, bars and restaurants and really easy to get the bus into the centre.

Stylish comfortable well equipped house. We looked forward to returning to it after tiring days being tourists.

We rented this die to power cuts and Nula was amazing allowing us to get in early, making it warm and cosy for us. Such a comfortable and cool home. We loved it and in such a great location. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Nothing to dislike at all.

From the outset the hostess was amazing. Very professional but relaxed, no question was too much and she offered some fanaltastic tips and points before our visit. she asked when we would arrive and so was able to deliver the details we would need perfectly - key codes, locations etc. The house was immaculate to the point of being almost show home level but with a lovely warm comfortable feeling too. Indescribable apart from saying it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The decor is to a very high standard - art decor paintings mock ups of original art works, and the actual furnishing offers enough seating but in a comfortable manner again feeling homely without crowded. I think we may steal the bathroom decor for our house - as it was gorgeous. The bedrooms are comfortable with two larger and two smaller - but to be clear the small ones are not tight, but definitely cosier. The larger two bedrooms are definitely describable as spacious. There is a small back garden area however we did not use it as the weather was colder. What we did see of it looked nice and well laid out though with a small table and chairs put out so you can spend time out there in comfort. The location was ideal, with numerous eating places nearby and shops - Again our hostess and her partner have a comprehensive list they offer guests which was a real help to make decisions or find your feet. Overall, there is absolutely nothing I would change or ask for more than what was laid on. If we're ever so lucky to visit Northern Ireland again in the future I will not hesitate to use this Air B&B service again or recommend it to friend and family.

Stunning home: This house is beautiful the decor is funky and creative which was very aesthetically pleasing for all us ladies. The location was perfect as was only a 5-10 min Uber away from everywhere. Plenty of wee shops, bars and restaurants around if you don’t want to actually head into the city centre. Although we throughly enjoyed our stay there were a few things I would have changed: The heating, we as guests couldn’t control this and we found the house cold on more than one occasion. When the host was asked to put the heat on they did although they checked the room temperature first. I can understand this but I felt a bit uncomfortable then to ask again about heat. There were signs saying not to get worktops wet as it’s special wood again I understand this but as it is a kitchen I felt this was unreasonable and made me feel anxious in relation to kitchen use. We were a group of young girls staying in this home and it was stated marks on bed linen would be charged for and again as girls we all had tan on and the linen was white which we were all worried about. It was a great house and a great location but I feel a bit of joy was taking from us due to the fear of getting marks on the worktops with water or marking the linen and towels with tan.
