"Plain but friendly and good value"

Small family run place. Not luxurious at all but inexpensive and near Central Park. Very friendly management. Plain but good value.

Maybe a little Dow on location, very old part of city but I rather like that

"Perfect stay to explore Xela"

I love how close the location was to everything (all walking distance, max probably 30mins). The host Sergio was amazing! He is so accommodating and very welcoming, he made our stay marvelous. We loved the patio up stairs, it had a great view of the city and the Volcano. There were plenty of bathrooms and showers. The place is really cute and homey. Great hot showers as well, which is a plus.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, the place was great!

Good location. Friendly staff. Budget private room. Free filtered water and coffee.

No locks on doors. No security cameras. Rooms need fresh paint. Loud guests and TV. No heat.
