Fantastic boutique hotel, nice decoration and facilities, great food and extraordinary service and pleasant staff

Everyone who knows me knows how much anxiety I get when I am staying in a hotel or Airbnb bc I am such a germaphobe. If you ever traveled with me or stayed a room with me, you’ve seen me rip bids apart quickly to check to see how clean they are. I have a rituals that I take seriously. I will not sleep in a bed that I haven’t check first. In my 39 years of life, I can say I’ve always found something in a room. My experience in Antigua was absolutely shocking for me. #milfloreshotel literally owes me nothing. I was extremely anxious bc I couldn’t find any photos besides a few promo photos and a few pics from guest and none of them did this hotel justice. Not only was the service top tier and this was this hotel the most beautiful relaxing hotel that I ever experienced in my life (I’ve stayed in some really nice places), BUT it was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. Not one detail was missed. It was meticulous. One thing that is a non negotiable for me is cleanliness. I always check every area of a room all the way down to the mattress and for dust every corner. I never been to a hotel, expensive luxurious or 5 star where I did not find something was dirty, a stain hidden, hair, or dust. This place was so damn CLEAN!!!!, to the point I felt that checking was an insult to the integrity of the hotel. The way the staff treated Tim and I was superb. They so attentive. They literally snatched my bags off me to carry my things to the room.

I cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our stay--our experience at the resort was exquisite. The facility is gorgeous, the service was impeccable and the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, always anticipating needs, offering advice and suggestions, and always going the extra mile. The on site restaurant is outstanding, as was the daily breakfast. Antigua is beautiful, the resort is a short walk from great shopping, landmarks and restaurants, we always felt safe on the streets, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Highly reccommend!

The only thing better than the beautiful villa and world class cuisine is the warm and friendly service. It would be hard to match the value anywhere.

The hotel, staff, and area were beautiful. The room was amazing amd the staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond with their customer service.
