The location! The space in the home and the small touches the host provided.

Hard to find anything but the air fresheners were a little overwhelming the first night.

"Great stay"

Good location and good appointed kitchen with everything we needed including a washing machine.

Parking is a problem, it was poring rain when we arrived, so were very lucky someone moved in the street out the front or we would have had very wet luggage.

"Gioiellino a Derry!"

Casa favolosa, perfetto stile inglese. Su 3 piani, arredata finemente. Piano Terra: salottino, piccolo disimpegno con altri 2 divanetti e tavolo con 2 panche, grande cucina con forno, piastrelle ad induzione, friggitrice ad aria microonde, tostapane americano, kettle per acqua calda, nel frigo abbiamo trovato burro, marmellatine, latte e acqua, oltre ad alcuni pacchetti di biscottini, poi si prosegue nella zona lavanderia con piccoli bagnetto di servizio (wc e lavandino) e volendo piccola area esterna ma da noi non utilizzata con tavolo e 4 sedie. Piano 1: camera matrimoniale grande e bagno con doccia e vasca separate. Piano 2: camera singola e camera matrimoniale. Parcheggio: noi l'abbiamo trovato vicino a casa ma non è detto si trovi facilmente. Zona: in pieno centro di Londonderry Derry a due passi da tutto. Le chiavi vengono lasciate in apposita cassetta fuori la porta con codice che ti comunica il proprietario. Veramente bellissima casa, straconsigliata!

"Great family break in a fabulous house."

The property is stunning, beautifully styled and decorated with many small touches that made the stay more enjoyable.

It was very noisy at night when pubs were closing up and early in the morning when bottle skips were being emptied however this was not a dealbreaker. The location and property itself outweighed the noise and we would 100% stay here again.

"Highly recommend, modern, spacious and perfect location."

Helen's House was modern, immaculate, spacious and had plenty of amenities. Plenty of space for kids to chill away from parents. Location was perfect close to shops, bars and restuarants. Fresh milk, butter and jam supplied for breakfast.

Honestly couldn't fault Helen's House. Everything was perfect
