The property is in great condition, the room/cabin was spacious and the staff was helpful and friendly. There’s no AC, but you can always request a fan. The water is not hot or warm but you can always talk to at reception about it. The place is in a great location. One block over is the Main Street Santander and the harbor is only a few minutes away. The breakfast is delicious but if you are staying more than one day, you’ll get the same breakfast. There’s plenty of parking and transportation too. Lots of tuk tuks. Overall, great place to stay. Close to everything. I would definitely return and recommend.

Noisy at night. Ants. Spotty hot water. No wifi in room. Front desk awful. Would not recommend.

Very quite and friendly place

The pool wasn’t working when we got there, and my room wasn’t ready by the time I got there which was after the Check in hour

Good location, quiet, large rooms, good showers, ok pool and so so breakfast. For Guatemala, it is a great place to stay. Would recommend and return

Big and spacious room. Was not bothered at all, can get a bit noisy but not too bad.
