The experience was fun and the staff was great.

We froze, the heat couldn’t keep up with the dropping temperatures. The beds are way too low

Then bed was very comfortable and the view was pretty

The dome was leaking in several places and was going towards the electrical sockets in the floor had to unplug everything and place down towels. Kettle didn't work and neither did the sockets near the bed which made it hard to charge things.

The concept

The heating/cooling style. Our remotes did not match what was in the instructional book and we woke up freezing!!! Had to have assistance come over twice. By the time it was figured out, we were checking out

Great concept of a unique dome room! Enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff was great and breakfast & dinner at their restaurant was very good. Scenery and the star gazing at night was awesome! Clearest view of the milky way I've ever seen.

It rained the first night and water came in under door and a few other spots under the dome requiring a lot of towels to clean up. A few cleaning issues that was concerning but being critical due to the cost and expectations as a result.
