Our place was super clean and comfortable to be in! We absolutely loved the views and activities the backyard has to offer

Lovely property . Very clean . Well equipped. Fantastic view . We had a top floor room with balcony. Cocoa Beach across the road which is glorious.

It’s was a good time. Kids enjoyed it good access to beach. Kinda far away from restaurants and stores but under 10-15 mins would go back again

This family vacation was amazing , starting from the view. Location beach access and the room was fantastic. We enjoyed a relaxing week . We will definitely rent again and next visit will be with extended family . I would recommend 100%

Clean property, comfortable

Great stay for the night before our cruise out of port canaveral! Hosts were very kind and quick to respond

Room was clean and tidy and fit our needs for the 3 days we stayed. Very pretty back patio space with access to the Banana River. (No beach towels on site, so plan to bring your own.)

Very unique which we liked a lot. Nice being close to the beach and river. Not a biggy, but a blender would be nice, but they have a lot of appliances otherwise. The biggy is I couldn’t control the air in our unit. It was either too hot or too cold. And the WiFi has trouble reaching the unit I was in, had no internet besides the WiFi, so that sucked.

It was an amazing stay. We are so glad we found the Banana River Resort. The sunsets were incredible. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. We will be coming back in the future.
