We were a group of 10, grandparents kids and teenage grandkids. This was perfect for us to give us all space after a crowded week in London. Masood was extremely kind accommodating to all our needs. Grocery nearby as well as another shop that sold great pastries. Close to the train station, we walked less than 10 minutes.

Very central location, lovely, clean well equipped rooms. Accommodates a very large group for a fantastic price and rare free city centre parking. Owner was very attentive and thorough.

The communal area is lovely but a little small and has limited seating for the number of guests the property accommodates so not well suited to spending time as a large group socialising. Also found it a little intrusive when the owner entered the property without warning an hour and a half before our agreed checkout time.
