Absolutely nothing at all…..

I didn’t stay at this property. It hadn’t been cleaned, didn’t have sheets or pillow cases on the beds, the cupboard doors were falling off and curtains falling off the walls. Washing in the washing machine with dirty cutlery & cups in the sink and smelt really bad. This property is a scam property as the owner called on entry wanting £150 deposit over the phone after we had already paid on booking.com… I waked away disgusted and booked a travelodge in the city.

It’s was a beautiful home & very spacious, it smelt absolutely lovely & it was a perfect get away for the family

The bed was a little uncomfortable with how low down the mattress was but other then that it was perfect

WiFi not working, no lights on stairs, hair in the bathroom, masters bed is too low , the beddings are thin , key safe not easy to open and keep on changing codes .

The property was not fit to stay in. Not cleaned beds not made or clean and smelled awful.

There was nothing to like we booked for 1 night as we came back from holiday early hours and had a long drive the next day. We turned up at the apartment and the smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. The beds were not made or cleaned there were dirty dishes and glasses. The overall property was a disgrace and we refused to stay and ended up after a full day of travelling a further 5 hour drive during the night which was terrible. I was assured over and over by the owner that we would get a partial refund. We stayed in October and now in Jan still nothing. Would not recommend.
