The hotel is right in the centre of the old town and it is the perfect blend between the old and the new, as it has been completely renovated but still keeps the old facade. Breakfast is really good and, as we had to leave before 5 in the morning for different activities, they gave us some packed breakfast, which was more than welcome! The staff are more than friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. We highly recommend the San Felipe hotel!

Ótima localização, staff muito simpático e gentil. Hotel muito novo. Cama grande e confortável, banheiro enorme. Quarto bem novo e silencioso. Duas garrafas de água colocadas após a arrumação do quarto

Apenas duas coisas pequenas. O Wifi é um pouco instável e lento. E o ar condicionado funciona de um jeito um pouco esquisito, principalmente no meio da madrugada onde ele liga e desliga algumas vezes sozinho, sendo barulhento.

Está bien ubicado y sus instalaciones son buenas

Nos quedamos dos noches y no realizaron aseo a la habitación, y salimos todo el día a un tour, tenían oportunidad de realizarlo

Tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado que me caía agua pero Alejandra me lo solucionó muy rápido y me pasó a otra habitación. Muy gentil me dió el desayuno bonificado

We had been allocated a room adjacent to building works next door. When we asked about this on arrival they gave us an option of two other rooms. We chose a slightly smaller one but with no noise, despite being above the street. Excellent breakfasts, dining staff fine but the reception staff really excellent. excellent location for the older quarter, easy walking and good restaurants.

We were across the road above the restaurant and below the roof top bar. There perhaps needs to be more signage to make sure the leaving customers don't wake the residents.
