The breakfast was bad. Not all reception staff were friendly. I needed a taxi to go to airport at 2am. The staff was sleeping and it seemed like I woke him up and bothered him by my request.

O hotel possui uma estrutura bem simples, o café da manhã é muito muito simples. Porém para quem quer ficar perto da Medina e pagar pouco com um bom atendimento, essa é uma boa opção.

We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Suisse. Liked its location, breakfast and friendly staff. Overall good value for the price.

We are from America and we really enjoyed the hotel. The price was 1/4 the price of the radisson and included breakfast for two! Bed was super comfortable, tv had tons of channels and ac worked well! Would definitely return. Try Le Terraza restaurant in the Medina for amazing vegetarian couscous!

Wonderful staff, clean hotel, convenient and close to the city center! It’s quit and safe and the hotel is beautiful!!

This Hotel is amazing, very clean. We stayed for 3 nights as a family of four. Staff -5 star. Location - 5 star, close to medina and Habib Bourguiba Avenue, therefore, very central. Mr. Yahya at the reception is extraordinary, we had a small issue with our booking, but Mr. Yahya gave us a solution instantly. All other staff at the hotel were excellent. Will definitely visit again. Having breakfast at the Level 4 terrace was refreshing. Breakfast menu is simple and repetitive but does the job.

Central location. The street looks suspicious, but the hotel is really nice at a good price. Really nice and helpful personnel. Not the most exciting breakfast. Overall really good value for your money. Recommended!
