Hôtel Suisse

Stayed for one night. Family of 4. Arrived late at night after delayed flight but reception very accommodating. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Modern facilities. Breakfast nice. Receptionist in morning very helpful in arranging taxi to Sidi bou said. Free left luggage facility. Very central location down quiet side street. Would definitely stay again if visiting Tunis.

I made a booking at this hotel on Booking. Our flight was canceled, so I messaged them and told them we would be arriving the next day. I made it clear that I still wanted to keep the reservation, and they replied saying "yes, sure". I arrived in Tunis the next day, and found out they canceled the reservation. When I asked about it, they said the employee who replied to my message probably didn't understand what I meant, which was very frustrating. If the employee did not understand what I meant, he could have simply asked or said anything, but he made me feel reassured that we would find a room although the hotel was fully booked when we arrived. We had to go to another hotel, but I still think they did not handle the situation the right way, they were not even apologetic. They took the issue so lightly and just blamed it on an employee who did not understand English!

Very new hotel. Rooms small and modestly furnished but very comfortable. Staff are the heart of any hotel and the people here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

Très bon accueil toute l'équipe étaient au soin.... La note n'est vraiment pas usurpé... Merci au monsieur qui m'a accueilli ainsi qu'a toute l'équipe du matin qui s'est montrés très serviables... Merci également à Emna pour ta gentillesse et ta collègue dont je n'est plus le nom elle gérait l'equipe de ménage .... Hôtel proche de toutes les commodités en plein centre de tunis et derriere l'ambassade de france .....

This is a unique new hotel, boutique style in centre of Tunis. Staff are unbelievable helpful. They are there for you. They serve lovely breakfast, around 8 pm we ask for the girl from reception serve us all the way 4 floor terrace. Yes they have nice and breezy terrace on 4th and 5th floor.

新しいホテルなのか、白くて綺麗でした。ところどころ気になる点もありますが、良いホテルです。朝食は2日間違う生搾りフルーツジュースが出ました。おいしかったです。ドライヤーは、空きがあればフロントで借りることができます。

スタッフは皆親切でした。中心地に近い立地もよかったです。ホテルは清潔ですが、窓からの景色は期待しないでください。 Wi-Fiが不安定でした。
