Villa Scenic with Private Pool - Sleeps 8

We had a great time,the lay out of the house was great and the pool was beautiful,nice peaceful area great to chill out during the day, but also close enough to surrounding areas by car. Customer service was excellent and responded quickly to any issues.

Absolutely nothing everything was spot on

Location was nice.

House was not ready for summer. All shading had been removed for cleaning!, therefore not able to use pool area during day. No bedding for 7th guest. Kitchen dirty. Problems with electronic gates. Refunded 10% and told by the agents Pillo Rooms that the case was closed! and they would not respond to my emails. Our stay was 7 days and house unsuitable for 5 of them.

The location, the garden is also good. Also the host was good.

In fact, the whole building was dilapidated. Tiles were loose, faucet that leaked, sewer that constantly came up, shower drain that did not fit, doors that did not close properly, a lot of pests inside and outside, the cats that walk around outside had been lying on the garden cushions before our arrival, which had completely urinated and so on.

The apartment was in a very dirty condition. A lot of things were broken. For example lightings switches in main bedrooms bathroom. It looked like there was mould in the bathroom. The pool wasn’t cleaned and we didn’t feel like swimming would have been healthy. Front yard very untidy. The rooma are spacious, and kitchen is ok but does not have a coffee machine. Work for example golf groups that don’t care so much about the cleaniness and do not spend time in the apartment.

Villa was beautyful, but had seen its best glory. But it didint bother us much.

At first, there was a bit cold in side: Before us, I think it's been empty a while.
