It was very clean but that’s about it. Housekeeper was there cleaning the other unit when we arrived. She was very pleasant.

Definitely no frills unit. No place to sit outside. Kitchen had dishes, etc, but zero supplies. There was apparently a pool behind the duplex but there was an extra fee if you wanted to use the pool area.

Very close to Publix, Walmart and only 3 miles to the beach. Communication was excellent, as I had to reach out a few times to change my reservation. It was very dark outside when I got there but motion lights came on as I walked towards the door. Instructions and directions were clearly defined on a guest portal, which a link was sent in an email , no account needed , just opened automatically. Very easy and clean place to stay .

Cleanliness, instructions for arrival. The overall process before actually arriving was to mechanized and two detached for me. There needs to be a more human element introduced other than the number to call for an emergency.

We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and the next morning called at 9:00 a.m. to ask for an Extended checkout time, which we also requested through the app at that time. The morning of our checkout, I received no answer from 10:00 p.m. the preceding evening through the App, so I dialed the emergency contact number. The person who answered tried to be helpful, but his computer system initially was down, or slow. He could not tell us whether we could check out late at 1:00 p.m. or whether we needed to be out within 1 hour at 10:00 a.m., which was the original checkout time. Luckily, he was able to get the computer up and running, and looked us up only to find that our unit was scheduled for cleaning at 10:00 a.m., because another occupant was scheduled to check in that day. So we had already paid the $25 (which should be refunded) for the late check out, and then we had to suddenly pack up everything to hurry up and get out by 10:00 a.m., which we did not appreciate. Your system needs improvements so that if the request is put in on the prior evening for late check out, and you only want to rely on an automated response system, the automated response system needs to reply almost instantly from a program that shows the automated system whether or not someone is coming in the next day. It should not rely on a person to look this up and have to manually approve the request. This, together with the sparsness of the accommodation, including the lack of a full roll of paper towel, the lack of any welcome coffee or tea packets, and the sparsness of the appointments, made for a basically disappointing experience. Definitely would not return there again, and would not recommend it to anyone. You need to finesse your act and make sure that all your i's are dotted and t's crossed when you are charging $300 for a one-night stay, plus an additional $65 to clean the place. Given the accommodation, that was way too inflated a price.

Everything was not only new but also sparkling clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect for my needs—quiet and feeling safe, with pleasant neighbors adding to the positive ambiance. It truly felt like a home away from home. I appreciate the prompt and reliable support that was always just a call away, though I must say, the online guidance was so comprehensive that I rarely found the need to reach out with questions. It left virtually no queries unanswered, showcasing a thoughtful and well-prepared approach. Without hesitation, I would wholeheartedly recommend Summerwind Studio to anyone seeking an exceptional rental experience. The level of comfort, cleanliness, and overall quality exceeded my expectations. Lastly, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Thank you for providing such a wonderful accommodation.

Very thin walls, we could hear everything the neighbor did from coughing to opening a can. There is a motion activated camera that covers the entire unit entrance/patio area. The bathroom door does not latch or lock. The unit is lacking privacy inside and out. The pool/backyard is not for visitor use. There are many rules for visitors, please read the fine print before booking. After quickly realizing the faults, my husband and I decided to leave and book a higher quality rental elsewhere. We have not been reimbursed for any of our stay.
