Beautiful location and buildings. Room at very luxury level. Pool amazing and nice to have shade in the pool. Amazing breakfast. Staff very helpful even if sometimes it feels like a bit too much attention.

Strange to take golf carts around, but perhaps makes sense when it’s really hot. Not clear how much dinner costs and I didn’t want to risk finding out when it was too late. We were told we had hammam for one hour only to find out that actually it was only for 20 mins. Not enough info provided except several times being told the number to call if you need help but you’re not always in your room and able to call. Cocktail at the pool was quite terrible and very expensive, i wish we were told about the priced beforehand. Not being fully informed takes away from the relaxing experience.

We stayed at The Residence Douz as a family, including the children and grandparents, and the experience was truly exceptional. The service is, without a doubt, the best in Tunisia. The entire staff—from reception to the chefs and servers—is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to help. You feel genuinely welcomed, and it’s clear the team is happy to have you there. I highly recommend it!

Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel Résidence Douz en famille, avec les enfants et les grands-parents, et l'expérience a été exceptionnelle. Le service est sans aucun doute le meilleur de Tunisie. Tout le personnel, qu'il s'agisse de la réception, des cuisiniers ou des serveurs, est d'une gentillesse hors norme et aux petits soins. On se sent véritablement accueillis et on sent que notre présence fait plaisir à l'équipe. Je recommande vivement !

Séjour incroyable ! L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel très accueillant et le cadre dans le désert est juste exceptionnel. On a passé un moment inoubliable.

Tout était parfait : la propreté, le calme, la piscine et surtout l’ambiance désert. Le personnel est aux petits soins, on s’est vraiment sentis bien.
