Very luxury apartment, they arange for us very early breakfast and free airport transfer

The location of the hotel is great, 2 min walking distance to the beach, close to the shops. Staff was very nice, room was spacious and clean

One of the two shower drains was clogged. The hotel staff tried to fix it three times, but to no avail. When taking a shower, the water flooded the entire bathroom, we had to spread out towels. The smell from the bathroom was terrible. we asked for room change but the lady said that the hotel is full while there were only 2 other families staying in the hotel that night

Staff are supportive and try to solve the problem already existing from the facility management, room it's ok

The facility management mistakes: _ room maintenance should be done before the visitors used the room _ water of shower are dirty and no hot water to the bathtub _no face tissue _no small towels _ no cafe or Tea inside the room ( basics) _very bad breakfast service ( like cat food) _wrong info on booking about the room _room sooooo noisy ,the must have a good sound proof, we hear the people next room and also the street noise because windows not sound proof. _no buffet for breakfast, even no chair & table at room to sit and take the breakfast ,minimum to put bar and chair if we need to work or do something _no reception after 10pm in case of emergency even no nb Very bad experience 😕 and uncomfortable night I spent in this hotel

Location and staff

Small details missing - no cups, plates and cutleries were placed in the room while Electric Kettle was provided. The tap of Wash basin was halfway blocked due to clog. TV was setup in Russian language while we do not understand how to change it

Central hotel, Clean room, early breakfast, drop off at the airport for free. Very kind the girl at reception and helpful the boy who work there.

We stayed one night and had the wrong dates booked. They were able to accommodate us with the wrong date and the staff were amazing.

the beds were a little hard

Amazing place!!! For us was just tranzit But was perfect 😍 The personal very polite, the rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast was tasty. The shuttle from airport and to the airport it’s a nice bonus☀️ close to the beach also the Central Park and the mall

Pick up, drop off from and to the airport was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable, breakfast served at 5.20 am at the room since we had early morning flight.
