ABnB Superhost - Siri's Favorite Place

NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED. I can only blame myself and Expedia, not the hosts. THIS IS A BOARDING HOUSE. YOU ARE RENTING A BEDROOM—EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED. I assumed I was getting the place to myself. As it turns out, I only really needed a private bedroom and a place to shower in the morning. I spent the rest of the trip visiting my daughter at college. The hosts were very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Parking is first come, first serve on the street which often meant a long walk. Everything was clean. It was just awkward. I haven’t had a set up like that for 35 years when I was in college. I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE HOSTS!!! JUST REALIZE YOU ARE RENTING A BEDROOM. Of course there is a shared kitchen and fridge and dining and living and bathroom. Just want guests to know what they are getting into.

Bed was excellent

I booked this room for my son so that he could search for an apartment in the city. The space was clean and exactly what he needed. Grocery store, restaurants and other conveniences were very close. This seemed like a really nice neighborhood.

Extremely friendly and pleasant hosts. Made the stay enjoyable. Peter is a great guy. Room was clean as was the facilities.

Owner is amazing and will get back to you promptly. Communicates effectively and extremely friendly. Maintains his property very well. It's clean and very nice. Peaceful neighborhood. 5 stars!! Great location. Thanks for everything. We appreciate you.

Very friendly and helpful. I didn't realize the internal staircase to the rooms would be that steep and narrow, but folks were helpful. Comfortable bed with in-room AC unit, and space for belongings. Use of the kitchen and other amenities. Parking a challenge since limited street parking so had to hunt for that each evening. Good location, and affordability is a huge plus. Has everything you need. Info for check-in was provided in a timely way. Would stay again.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful the hospitality is here. The room was perfect and I loved having control of the temperature of the room. Strongly recommend for couples or just you.

The facility was very clean. It is a modest home; not what I would expect for "Siri's favorite place". I appreciate the values of the owner; replace if its not usable, keep if usable. It has a retro feel and unpolished look. On street parking was adequate but you might have to park 2 blocks away.

No air conditioning except in the bedroom, when it was over 90 degrees and very humid. Small kitchen and only lounging place is the owner's living room.
