Tropical Paradise

I loved the whole vibe of the place I felt like I was out of town ... super clean and the manager was really friendly . Def coming back!

I didn't like that there isn't a blow up spa ... to the owner if this was my house the only thing your missing is a spa if you don't want a huge one get one of those blow up ones lol the right side where the grassy area is so in the winter months you can have people enjoy one more amenities... just a suggestion

Chilled and relaxed atmosphere

Ok. Well, it’s a little complicated Nice quiet location and, in the summer it would have been great to use the garden and make more of the place. I originally booked the room thinking the facilities were all individual’ for use. That’s not the case. Each room is separate. Then there are the communal areas … this doesn’t include the washer / dryer. This is normally a service that is charged. Heating didn’t work and it was clear, we didn’t have access to what we needed for washing etc. Rene, however was fantastic. He sorted out access to the washer and dryer. And fixed the heating. We had the whole place to ourselves so, the score is a little skewed. If we had just been in the room, not sure it would have been as good an experience.

The room description needs to be a little clearer

This was definitely a new experience for us. This is a home, with three separate bedrooms. The house was great, all bedrooms have coded locks on doors, clean, the backyard is amazing and would be great during the summer. The master bedroom also has a bathroom inside the room which was great. We were offered transportation to and from the concert at Savemart at no additional cost. The service was top notch! I had originally booked thinking it was a motel, realized a couple days prior to the trip it was not. It was a great experience, the house was amazing and the manager was exceptional with his attentiveness. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

This is an excellent stay for a group or family. The facilities are extra nice and there is a lot of entertainment to choose from outside on the patio.

Great breakfast, warm friendly staff.

First, I must point out that this was my first experience with this type of lodging; a single family home with individual rooms being occupied by unknown travelers. It was kind of strange. But I have to say the place was very nice, clean. Just be aware that you are sharing a home with strangers. Two negatives: other travelers had dogs and difficulties accessing TV apps…ESPN, etc. TV apps required password codes, which I didn’t have. Dogs whined and cried when left alone. Clarification re:dogs…..the people with the pets did not notify the property managers that they were bringing the dogs. I talked with caretaker and he was surprised to see the dogs (he also informed me that pets are not allowed), yet he obviously let them in; in my opinion not a good decision. Property Management must keep in mind that many people have allergies, many are fearful of and uncomfortable with dogs, dogs can be unpredictable in behavior. May have been an isolated situation, but still the wrong decision allowing pets in the house.
