The fact that Ardvark Properties didn't mention that they had two Properties with same address but one A and B we spent 20 minutes trying find where we were staying luckily there was a guest downstairs where I knocked on the door and he confirmed that we were staying at that house otherwise we would still be looking stayed at Jabba dissatisfied and canceled Leila no refund or compensation

3rd floor, no elevator We are seniors but we managed.

The experience was different with the codes you had to use to get into the condo. Using just text messaging and not actually speaking to a person was difficult, especially when the AC did not work and no one ever came to fix it. The rooms were clean and the distance to the port was great.

Unfortunately the online pre check-in process that was through a third party website required a few things like selfie picture, foto of id and credit card that were not mentioned in the listing. I tried to ask if there was an alternative but was not given any other option. When I said I was not comfortable sending this info - les then 24 hours after making the booking - I was told that I would still be charged the full price. Really disappointing. The room itself was ok. Remote for tv was missing but I got a replacement after a day. Very very clean. Unfortunately the house has almost no sound insulation and no drapes or anything so inside as well as outside noises are very audible. I would definitely not stay there again.

Did not clearly state all fees included - details buried in fine print, were unwilling to change reservation, very rude, etc. Don't recommend

It was a very nice stay. The property was quiet and clean. I will choose stay again here during my next trip.
