Our stay was cozy, clean and inviting. Fun options of pool table and shuffle board. Full kitchen which allowed us to make breakfast. Would stay again!!!

Problem with heating. Owner responded. Walls are thin-noise & disruption from family coming in at late hour was a negative. Not the owner’s fault. Did not care for interacting with host/ owner via text messages-no one on site.
USWatching the cows eat their morning breakfast was a highlight. My kids loved the rec room downstairs as well. There is a pool table and shuffleboard they had a blast with. Lots of nice little touches to make your stay more comfortable. Obviously newly renovated. Highly recommend for the price.
There was a little bit of a mix up with our reservation, being that we reserved it through a 3rd party. We were confused when we walked in and there was no one around. It's like a virtual check-in /front desk. Luckily, we were traveling in the off season and there seemed to be plenty of room. I called the number listed and they were able to accommodate us no problem. We really appreciated the hospitality, especially traveling solo with 3 kids 8 and under.
USThis is a beautiful little Inn, nestled in the hills of Tioga county.
My room was adjacent to a heat pump/AC until that ran continuously and at times was so loud it vibrated the walls closest to the bathroom making it hard to sleep at times.

USWent to downtown wellsboro, dickens of a Christmas 5 minutes away, this is a very nice place to stay to get away from the crowd, this place is super clean, the view is beautiful. We would definitely stay again.
USThere was no breakfast. There was a room mix up but it was taken care of. The place was very clean & Bill was very receptive when I called him. I would stay again.
USThe location was great for what we were planning on doing during our stay. Our room and the amenities definitely fit our needs. The staff was polite and helpful.
The pillows were a little too thick for our liking.
