Nice big room hot water at all times safe in room big comfy bed . rooftop bar good breakfast.All the staff were very helpful . In fact I've just booked it again.

I also contacted the hotel to ask whether the booking was confirmed, and they replied that it was confirmed. But when I actually arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said that the price shown in the app didn’t match their real price and that they didn’t offer rooms at that rate. What could be the reason for this? Is it the booking app’s mistake, with inaccurate pricing? Or is it because the hotel didn’t update their rates, so the information doesn’t match the real situation? It’s really inconvenient for guests when issues like this only come up after they arrive at the hotel.

Rooms are clean & quite but there was no towels in bath room _asked to reception to deliver

Staffs aren't very welcoming or farewell ! Didn't charge correctly as mentioned in booking.com .they said the site is rarely use nowadays & telling me that exchange rates that was calculated as in Burmese kyats is too low & charge me more amount as walk_in guests .also they called me at 10:30 Am & said "you can't extend your stay anymore & Check out time is 12 pm " that was rude instead of asking would you like to extend or should have explained even if they are fully booked for the day . Hospitality is low .but breakfast buffet was great even though it wasn't halal .there are still variety of choice left for Halal eaters .
