Arroyo Roble Resort at Oak Creek

Super quaint set up. Loved the fact that it was a condo, felt homey & perfectly located to uptown Sedona!! We were able to walk around comfortably & take advantage of the tours available close by. I’d stay here again!

Would absolutely stay here again. The unit was spotless, comfy and roomy. Beds were comfy. well stoked kitchen with all cooking items available. No spices etc if that's what you are looking for. Washer and dryer in unit did a nice job. Laundry soap provided! A bit dark with all the dark wood but helped to keep it cool. The grounds were well kept. Enjoyed the pool and recreation areas. No restaurant or bar on the grounds but a short walk up the hill was any kind of food you would want. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Very nice stay

Fantastic property for families! Amazing pool, sauna, steam room, sport courts etc. The accommodations are very well laid out and spacious. Would return and recommend!

Main selling point is the great location. Ample parking but spots are narrow. Steep hill to walk up to the shopping and dining. No on site breakfast. Bed was not very comfortable. 1 patio and 2 terraces but view is obstructed.

We had an overall great stay. The hotel had a great location and the suite had the perfect amount of room for our family. It was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Sedona with a family.

The "customer service" needs better training (specifically the smaller stature woman named Zee, who often works evenings). She is uninformed and doesn't know the policies. She was also very disrespectful to my adult daughter and her friends. We have overlooked her unhelpfulness every other time we have come in the past year or two, in an attempt to be gracious. She needs training in "customer" service, time share policies, and respecting the owners and their families. (*We have a handful of family members who also annually use their time share ownership weeks, and they all feel the same about how unhelpful Zee is. If you have any desire to validate and actually get the "pulse" of the owners, I would encourage you to put out a survey to all owners and ask about their recent experiences with the front desk staff.) It's too bad- we have come here for almost a decade and prior front desk staff was always so friendly and helpful.

The grounds were impeccable. The resort fee is well earned with lots to do. Staff was helpful at all times. Villa interior decor was outdated and warn but still clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the fireplaces since it was chilly during our trip. The decor is really dated but everything was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. All small amenities were provided like tissues, soaps, trash bags etc, and lots of inside space and balconies. Only issue was the internet was extremely slow so we were not able to do some computer work that we had planned.

We had a fantastic couple of days here. The only amenity we needed and the unit didn’t have was an extra blanket. But overall excellent!
