Arroyo Roble Resort at Oak Creek

The resort was perfect for our family gathering! Pro tip - is you can book additional villas directly through the Best Western Plus (creekside villas) and these rooms are operated by the hotel, not the timeshare resort. Those units were located on the creek and had updated flooring and bathrooms. Our extended family rented those and we were in a timeshare unit. You can walk to various uptown restaurants and shopping (just have to walk up the hill) and we LOVED our stay here!!

I am a timeshare owner here and am tired of being treated poorly every year. I call in advance to request a building due to noise that comes with being near the pool. They never call back and continuously put us in the same building. The front desk staff is consistently rude and demeaning. This year I was yelled at by her. I don’t recommend buying a timeshare here unless you like to be treated poorly. Customer service is a thing of the past at this report.

The Arroyo Roble Resort is in a great location. You can walk to shops and dining. They have an outdoor and an indoor pool with hot tubs. There are also pickle ball courts. The resort has a nice outdoor grill area where you can make dinner if you prefer not to go out every night. The units are a little dated, but very clean. I hope to return in the near future.

Beautiful grounds and view of Oak Creek. Great pool and club house. Empty in the evenings. So nice! Go sit in the chairs along Oak Creek in the evenings. Beautiful. The master bedroom, shower, and large tub are 5 star. They also have a nice play structure for young children beside a lovely indoor and outdoor pool. loved the ping pong table and area.

Great resort location was great for all of the highlights. Closed to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The views were awesome. This is a great place for families or couples. Real quite and amenities were good

My family and i enjoyed our stay at Arroyo Roble Resort. The resort is in a great location, the rooms were very clean and spacious. Up to six people could stay in a room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I returned to this resort for the fourth time. It was just as good as before. Spacious units that are well equipped. The location is just off Main Street, but close enough you can walk to restaurants and shops. Nice pool area, as well as gum, library, and game rooms. Staff is great about maintaining property.
