Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast, Curio Collection Hilton

The room we were assigned was near elevator and we were able to hear everyone that talking and walking by. This made an early nights sleep very tuff. The water pressure was less than expected in shower, and the beds did not have fitted sheets. Staff around the property were friendly and helpful. If you choose to stay here ask for a room not in a high traffic area and it should be better than our experiance.

I liked the food court, and the fact that guests arent required to pay for all you can eat plans.

Very nice clean resort. I loved my stay. Well worth the time and money. Great spa and pools and the food was delicious. The only things I would change is to: 1. Offer more vegan dining options 2. Make it all inclusive 3. The staff never cleaned the entire suite. They clean one room and left the others. Not sure why. But once we called they came back and cleaned it. Overall FIVE stars!!!

Another great stay. The suites are great and had plenty of room and comforts. The concierge was definitely nice to be able to access, as were the sodas and snacks. I do wish Harbor Yards wasn’t so plastic-crazy. The weekends seem to attract many younger people with day passes, so keep that in mind if you’re a “get off my lawn” sort.

The Sunseeker is the perfect name… very little shade and there is sun all over the place. Pros: Beautiful place, comfortable beds, loved the view from patio. Cleaning staff is nice and helpful. Pool is huge (no shade unless you find an umbrella). Pool staff are fast and efficient. Free cookies at noon, and free water and pop downstairs by lobby area all day in the suite building. Checkout was easy. Make sure to use your BOGO drink vouchers. Cons: Lots of walking to get to car if you’re in the suite building. Foldout sofa had thin blankets, it was cold the first night. Called twice for thicker blankets. Need more umbrellas around pool area (August sun is brutal). Called for a Cabana rental on my birthday NO ONE answered phone and tried to CHAT it took them over an hour to get back to me. By then we had figured out another plan. Golf carts are not easily available unless you pay for valet (extra). Also tried to Chat with someone on line as my family was trying to rent another unit and no one ever got back to me. We reserved their week reservation on Expedia. Customer service via phone and chat needs help when employees are standing around at check in/lobby.
