Private parking is not guaranteed and you can not reserve it. So when you arrived it's all about luck. There are about 5 parking places outside, and there is more then 5 rooms. They should state in advance that parking can be occupied.

The hotel is closed to the city center and they stuff is attentive and nice. I asked them if they have an iron and when we arrived there it was already in the room and they left it there our entire stay. Also the parking is right in front of the hotel, free of charge, which was really useful.

The hotel has a very convenient location — everything is just a 5–10 minute drive away, and you can also take a pleasant walk to explore the city, with the center about 20–25 minutes away on foot. There are small 24/7 shops within walking distance, which was a big plus for us. The room was beautiful and cozy, and everything was clean. If you have any questions, you can contact the hotel via WhatsApp or other messengers, and they will assist you quickly. They also provide the white card registration for foreigners — it was processed quickly and sent to my email. There is parking right under the hotel (for those visiting for the first time: the entrance is directly from the road near the large Olivia Rooms sign, and you can immediately see the hotel — no need to turn into the courtyards 😁)
