The property had amazing views that were spectacular. The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed as a family. From a jacuzzi bath to a football table or just sitting watching the birds and pheasants wandering in the garden. Its rural but shops are only a half an hour drive away or theres a little post office 10 mins away for basics. Even though it’s not quite easter the hosts left easter eggs for the children which was a lovely touch.

This is quite simply the most beautiful place we've ever stayed. From the location, which is remote, peaceful, with spectacular views and stunning walks from the doorstep, to the property itself which was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. The fire was easy to light and we found it difficult to move away from it in the evening, choosing chatting and listening to music in front of it over tv in the other room. Sitting in the conservatory area with our morning coffee, watching the birds in the garden and the red kites circling overhead was a wonderful start to the day. Our 3 night stay went all too quickly and we were somewhat reluctant to leave! Can't rate this place highly enough, thank you for having us.

The location in the mountains is just stunning. The cottage is lovely and fitted 5 adults with ease. The owners passed on some really good information before we arrived informing us of some lovely walks that you can do which are well worth it. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

The property was beautiful in a picturesque rural area, it was the perfect stay for a quiet vacation. The cottage although very large was very cosy with a lovely log fire for those cold evenings. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
