"Epic Fail"

The room was supposed to be non smoking but it reeks of smoke. Then the bedsheet and pillowcases are dirty. Asked them to change but they didn't even if I already paid for the whole stay, they asked for extra charge of JOD4 just to change the used sheets from previous occupants!!

"Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay"

Not a lot. The heating worked, although really loud!

Staff incredibly rude. Got accosted for using a broom! Room wasn't particularly clean....shower disgusting. Apartment meant to be suitable for 2 adults and 2 children....it wasn't. Suitable for 2 people only, although only 1 towel given. Beds terribly uncomfortable and sweaty due to mattresses still having packinging on it. Overall I didn't feel safe and didn't trust staff...to the extent we packed up as soon as we woke, put stuff in car and moved the car before setting off to explore Amman. Accomodation in Jordan had been great...hopefully just a one off but looking at the reviews it appears there's some manipulation of the scoring.
