Lacasa chalet panoramic view to dead sea

Overordbet havde vi et rart ophold og et sted vi godt kunne besøge igen. Til prisen var lokationen god. Poolområdet var godt og vi brugt både vores morgen og aftener der. Lille kørertur, det dødehav, cafeer og minimarket. Vi var nok uheldig med naboerne som havde en fest til langt ud på natten. Små forbedringer kunne gør det helt i top. -Bedre rengøring, særlig i køkkenet. - Myggenet på altendør var ikke monteret og derfor var der mange myg i soveværelset.

First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand , and here’s the biggest problem we faced on the top on all that , no hot water to shower and no water pressure at all … my son went into the dead sea to swim , very salty water of course you would have to shower after the salty water swimming… no hot water, in fact no water at all .. I called the manger on site, he went up to the roof and came back down to tell that water pump was unplugged and we have to wait until water fills up, when I checked the hot water heater found it turned off , all that to save money on heating the water… all that while my 6 year old boy waiting to shower and rinse the salt off his body … very bad deal It’s not worth a penny , go any where else

Très belle maison avec piscine privée, très bien entretenue. Personne de contact très gentille et serviable. Je n’ai rien à dire si ce n'est peut-être de prévoir une bouilloire ou une machine à café dans la cuisine. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir pris plus de temps dans cet hébergement.
