Hotel was very cute and well maintained! Loved the balcony in my room—great view of the old town corridors! The area around the hotel gets super noisy at night (particularly on weekends) with party music and honking from constant traffic. Pack some earplugs or headphones if you don’t plan on being out until 2am. Other than the noise, the place was great!

It will be nice if the hotel had parking for guests. Also, they need to pay close attention their elevator which is pretty old. Provide guests with an iron & board would be a plus! And, finally a little more variety on the breakfast

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. O estabelecimento está em obras, o que resulta em um ambiente com forte cheiro de mofo e muita poeira. Ficamos em um quarto com sacada, que deveria ser o melhor do hotel, mas o cheiro de mofo no interior era insuportável. Para piorar, instalaram uma pia que mais parece um cocho de cavalo (conforme foto), e o banheiro foi improvisado, sem paredes que chegassem até o teto. Isso comprometia totalmente a privacidade, já que era possível ouvir e sentir tudo o que acontecia no banheiro a partir do quarto. A cabeceira da cama estava mofada e quebrada, resultado de vazamentos constantes do ar-condicionado, que pingava diretamente sobre ela (conforme foto). Diante de todas essas condições inaceitáveis, fui obrigada a deixar o quarto no dia seguinte, sem completar minha estadia, e optei por mudar de hotel. Ao relatar o problema na recepção, fui informada de que não haveria reembolso da diária restante, já que a reserva foi feita pela Expedia. A empresa até tentou intervir, mas o hotel se recusou a devolver o valor, oferecendo apenas a troca por um "quarto melhor". No entanto, como confiar em um quarto "melhor" quando todo o hotel está impregnado pelo mofo? Os funcionários foram gentis, mas infelizmente nada puderam fazer quanto ao estado deplorável do hotel, que está claramente caindo aos pedaços e ainda em reformas. PS - Internet não funciona nos quartos, apenas na recepção.

I have no idea how this hotel got good ratings. The rooms are small and all I could smell was paint in the room the whole time. Nothing special about this place at all. Bathroom was crappy. Location is decent. I would have paid same for a way better place but chose this one from the reviews! Expected way better

The best thing about this hotel is that it offers incredible value for the price. My room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the daily breakfast was delicious (served with fresh fruit and a variety of egg dishes each day), and it is a great location from which to explore Casco Viejo. It's loud at night (due to a nearby rooftop bar) so sensitive sleepers might struggle, and it's not fancy. I stayed for 10 nights and really liked my stay.

Great place to stay! Price was awesome ! Next to a rooftop bar and several others around the corner . Ac was good and location was perfect you can walk the whole neighborhood easily. I would go back
