Arrived late at night, informed property of our flight time and got completely wrong information on the transfer that they should have provided. Wasted one hour at the airport trying to get a taxi in the middle of the night. In the morning they didn’t have airport transfer arranged for the requested time, nor did they have the invoice ready for us. Very poor and unprofessional communication. Would not recommend or stay there again. Got a last-minute upgrade to a bigger room, to which the door hit the bad and you can’t really go around. Broken sink and tab… bed was big.

It was close to the bridge and therefore the airport as well. The bed was very comfortable and everything we might have needed had been provided. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot. The free airport pick up and drop off was welcomed

There was a damp smell in the room which was off-putting and apart from that the room was very small indeed.The entrance door opened almost to the edge of the bed. There is a restaurant at the top of the building where we had an evening meal as well as breakfast. Although the restaurant has a great view the furniture and decor were drab and uninspiring.
