Booked this hotel for transit for my wife ! Staff on the phone WhatsApp me and was very helpful as she can’t pay by her card coming from a country under sanction. The staff was very helpful my wife show me photos and video very luxury all included shuttle breakfast perfect

Communication is nonexistent. They sent a message through Expedia that they provide airport transportation on request and then completely ignore the request. They changed my card for the stay, although the stay was already paid through Expedia. All attempts to contact them were ignored. Expedia transferred the responsibility to the property.
