Queen of Zlatibor

Good location, spacious room and good swimming pool. Breakfast was also good.

The room (and our whole floor) was insanely hot. We tried to turn off the heating in the room but the controls did nothing/the screen said the temperature was set at 18 but the actual temperature reading was always around 27 degrees, with the floor heating in the bathroom clearly at full power. We ended up sleeping with the windows wide open with an outside temperature under 10 degrees. This however meant that we could hear the many barking dogs outside. A short night, alas. The pool is nice, but the spa facilities are quite limited for such a big hotel marketing itself as a wellness hotel.

Hotel je lep čist, prostran

Nije porodičan tj prilagodjen deci, igraonica je izolovani sobičak, bez muzike i nrkog sadržaja, tek da se ksže da ima igraonica a roditelji ne mogu da se opuste u kafiću već sve vreme moraju biti u igraonici, jer drugačije ne vide decu. Bazen je lep, ne mnogo veliki ali hladan!!

Izuzetno čist i lep hotel, ljubazno osoblje, odličan bazen.

Navodno postoje animatori za nadzor dece u igraonici - zapravo animator je devojka koja UOPŠTE ne gleda decu niti je bezbedno njoj prepustiti decu. Roditelji, vodite računa!
