The staff was very helpful and friendly. Made several recommendations of places to try while there. Also loved the free laundry service with detergent included. Would stay here agin

The outside surrounding was sore on the eye but wasnt a deal breaker. The hotel seems out of place.

It’s pretty expensive and the wifi isn’t great however the proximity to the airport (SJU) is awesome and the staff is friend and very professional.

So we came to PR for a week. 5 of those days were at this hotel. This place was okay, definitely had more of an apartment feel to it. If you don’t mind not having housekeeping during your stay then this is a good option. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of our room. When we arrived, there was hair on the counters and all over the bathroom floor, shower, and carpet. There was also a damp, moldy smell that was very overwhelming. We had to ask to be moved to a different room due to the smell. The second room smelled a lot better but it was also not very clean. I probably would not stay here again.The pros are that it was only about 15 mins from SJ and El Choli and also walking distance to playa Alambique. The staff was also very friendly, especially Giselly. They also have a laundry room available to guests.

The staff was amazing super helpful

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the apartment style living with the beach being steps away. It was fun walking everywhere and seeing finding local restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again!
