Luxurious Beachside 3-Br Apt

The location was amazing. We loved the neighborhood, and there was a lovely beach and park just a half block away. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Wish we had stayed longer. Manager was kind enough to allow a later check out after our flight was delayed.

Air conditioning was good..place is clean

We had bathroom and bedroom problems the Ist day.. no hot water .. problems with mattress.. handy man came that night and next day to fix the problem. Place is kind of bare that’s why it’s echoing inside. Has a dishwasher but no soap.. only have a few towels.need more blankets but there’s not available.it says beach side but u have to cross the street to get to it.. it should be 3 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom and not 2 bathrooms.

The customer service was awful first there is not WiFi the apartment was full of ants and cockroaches by the stove and refrigerator the guy Randall I send him messages and he didn’t do anything

Perfect place to stay in San Juan, great surroundings with the beach just a minute walk away and many good restaurants close by. Very good on ground floor. Fast help by the house lord when we didn’t understand how to turn on water in the shower…a bit embarrassing, but totally different than in Europe :-)

We had a great time, all went well. It could perhaps have had deep pans in the kitchen to cook pasta etc, but otherwise well equipped. No window in one of the bedrooms, but slept well anyway.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. Ok first off they pushed me to pay through invoices. Then they wanted a $250 deposit that was NOT listed on booking.com and they wanted it paid a week before I even arrived. Ok so I get there and its clean but 2 of the beds are on the floor. It was so hard getting up off the floor. Something told me to take videos of the place before we left. We had cleaned up and everything was good. So days later im wondering what is going on with my deposit. They sent me a message about rating the place but never said anything about a broken door. I messaged him asking about my refund and The guy writes me saying we destroyed the outdoor frame. Im knowing this is a lie because we barely touched the door and we mostly left it unlocked because it was always one of us still in the place. Furthermore why would we destroy and entire door frame with no signs of forced entry when we have a code. He sends pictures of the door and the out has cracks in it like it wasnt put up properly to begin with. Then he tries to clean it up saying it was the handyman that did it. His exact message was “ The handyman said that they had to beat hard the door; so the door frame moved. Anyway I am talking with the owner.” He’s a liar and a thief. They also have cameras in the place so I assume he forgot that he will need to prove his lie of us breaking the door. The locks were in perfect tact and everything. It would be completely unnecessary to destroy a door frame with no forced entry. I assume the handyman did it snd didnt want to own up but all in all it was a terrible experience. Now I have to take him to court. AVOID THIS PLACE. The beds on the floor, the dirty look in the outside and the conman host is not worth it.

The location is great, right across from the beach. Spacious & very cute inside.

Friendly staff. Joey was awesome. He was there for our needs.

I loved and I liked everything. Excellent service. Clean beds and comfortable home. Roomie for all of us 4 seniors. Handicapped friendly.
