Old Crow Hotel and Suites

Excellent Central Location

We have a lovely stay here.

It was our first time visiting Vieques, and our first time staying in this hotel. The staff were great, and the atmosphere was amazing. We had traveled ALL DAY, all we wanted to do was get to the room, and unwind, when we got there our room was clean and ready, and we still had a couple of hours to enjoy the pool. The hotel is quiet, and gives a relaxing vibe. I would 100% stay here again.

It was a beautiful place not that good location but it works for us with the car we could move easily.

Very horrible experience and room is unclean. Bedsheets and pillows smell very badly with shoe smell. Light switch is not working and unable to turn off the light in the room which caused inconvenience with the sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at Old Crow. Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Our view was incredible, we could see the ocean in the distance. We went for breakfast at the recommended sister property, Blue Horizon, one morning, and it was equally as nice. If I were to give any notes in regard to room for improvement... there needs to be on-site dining of some sort, even if only for breakfast. Our room was spacious, but the bathroom was quite small. Lastly, we were ok with not having a TV in the room. However, it's advertised as a "family- centered" property. If my kids had been with me, we would have needed the TV for downtime in the evenings. Overall I would stay again. We were centrally located and it was a pleasant experience.

This is singularly the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel anywhere in the world in my entire life. I'm 60 years old. There was no hospitality on display anywhere when I tried to check in. Bottom line is they didn't have the room I booked and they knew it but still tried to pass off a different room to me which was the last room they had available when I showed up. It wreaked of smoke or vape and when I balked they told me I could go their sister hotel (in a different town) or cancel the reservation which is what I opted to do. It's now been more than a month and they still haven't refunded my money despite several assurances from both the original check in agent, and their "manager", Rabin, that it's in process. I ended up staying at Lejas and it was fabulous. I will never set foot in Old Crow again unless the Police are with me filing a report.

I wish the property had shared they were doing construction. It was very loud at times and made it difficult to sleep in past 7 am.
