Old Crow Hotel and Suites

Amazing little place. Very well designed. The pool area is awesome and the little balcony is cool. They let us take beach chairs and towels after we checked out. The location is amazing too.

Beautiful property with lovely suites with kitchen, dining area and large private terrace where you sunbathe or eat al fresco at table with chairs ! The pool Area is large with nice pool and terrace with view of Caribbean Sea and the main island of Puerto Rico in the horizon.

Great location and beautiful property that is appropriately beautiful and appointed and not over done or out of sync for the character of the island. Located near enough to easily explore the whole island (rent a jeep from Old Crow or a Small SUV from nearby UTV rentals). Loved our visit and hope to get back!

Overall very nice accommodations. Bathroom in our suite was somewhat awkward - the shower set-up got the whole bathroom floor wet, and i hit my head 3 times on a stairwell underlayment that cuts into the shower/bathroom space. But overall very nice and well appointed.

The pool area and views are amazing, but the rest of the experience didn’t provide enough value add to justify the price point. A few guests I spoke to echoed this sentiment. The suite layout was really poor - the cabinets were not accessible with the sofa right in front of it, the bed layout made one person sleep dead against a wall and the curtain concept in front of the bathroom is really weird (no privacy at all). The front desk seemed either overwhelmed or short staffed or generally unconcerned. Overall, I am just not sure I would feel recommending this spot to anyone or coming back myself in the future.

We love the property. Cute pool area and helpful front desk. FYI, there is no TV or closet to hang clothes but it’s an adorable property. You definitely need the car to get anywhere.

The room had no hair dryer and the room was not ready at 4pm which was the check in time.

Its a great place to stay. Staff is really good and helpful. We had a smooth check-in and check- out.
