Leak on ceiling on living room, all bedroom plugs were NOT working

TV services and pool.

It was a little difficult to figure out the key letters for the access code at night.

I love that we had our own private resort @ Mav’s with our own private pool. I always like a pool to do Water Aerobics.

Nothing about the stay,but the lights did go out for a day. We went to the Combate Hotel for the night

Very cozy and private

Nobody was at the apartment and we got lost. The location needs an upgrade on the GPS App. Also, we had problems opening the apartment's door, since the key was stored in a little box that was difficult to open using the combination that was given to us. But after almost 30 minutes we managed to open the door. We also had a difficult time trying to get in touch with the apartment manager. But other than that, we had a good time.

Location was great, it's was clean and spacious.loved the pool

One of the couches was broken, no extra linens, toilet paper or garbage bags.

Install a house number so people can find it. Install a generator so it is usable in a blackout so common in Puerto Rico. Call your customer or email your customer if the property is unusable and locked. Do NOT promise not to charge the customer then charge the customer. It is very disrespectful to waste customer time and lie about a credit.

there was nothing close to this location everything was far the bedroom did not have closets, dressers or any tables we had to keep our luggage on the floor the AC did not work in the living room bitten by mosquitos terrible place to stay

Everything was good !!

The only problem was the air conditioning wasn't work properly

I liked the room very confi and clean the bed was comfortable everything I will give 100%

No comments everything was good what I was expecting.
