I was told I had the whole house but it came out to be 2 separated delux studios other than that it was great

Great location ,the rooms very clean and neat ,the facilities are great but the BBQ didnt have gas so we were unable to use it ,the kitchen had all the equipment need it !

Clean and spacious.

Water problems, horrible to take a shower. no plates in the kitchen.

There is plenty of space and privacy for each cabin/apartment. It has a big pool, basketball court, plenty of space to just sit around and hang without leaving the property.

The water situation, nothing to do with the rental place… there was water pump damaged outside the establishment and water kept cutting off at certain times during the day/night.

The proximity to Combate beach.

The ONLY positive thing I can say about this location is the proximity to Combate beach, otherwise, this place should be shut down. The property number they have listed is a 305 number that NO ONE answers calls or texts. They don’t answer emails. Not before your reservation, not during and definitely not after! The person in charge of that phone is “Bebita” who has no profesional mannerism whatsoever, she should definitely NOT be in the hospitality industry. She doesn’t even live on the island, by the looks of it she’s somewhere on South Beach too busy to answer anybody’s calls, texts or emails. I was 10 minutes away from the property with no information on how to access the studio “deluxe” I had already paid in full for 7 days. I happen to find a number of a maintenance guy that was as helpful as he could possibly be. To make a really LONG STORY short, I was moved three times to three different units and ALL three lacked BASIC sanitation and cleanliness issues that should be PLAIN AND SIMPLE BASIC protocol!!! In no way shape or form was I expecting or asking for service/amenities of the Ritz Carlton or The Waldorf. The lack of sanitation and cleanliness that this property has is really concerning and in my years living and visiting the island, even with older properties, I had never come across such situation. I was promptly greeted by live roaches in the kitchen, I think I may have interrupted their 4pm coffee break, pubic hairs and soap residue in the tub from the previous guest, multiple hairs in the beds, bodily fluid stain in the sheets (it was obvious that the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest) a dead bug on the bathroom towel sitting on the rack, food from the previous guest in the fridge, fridge gasket strip had mold, the whole interior of the fridge was wiped down and the paper towel came out yellow, no hot water, the beds sit as low as below your knees and hard as a rock. MY REVIEW WAS CUT SHORT, I will post on Google.

Isolated and close to beach.. not walking distance

Problem with a sink and I was given the handy man’s phone number to call like it’s my issue? No thanks.. not making phone calls on vacation

Overall, pretty good place to stay if you want a more secluded, quiet, pretty beach community to stay. Price was good overall - even with cleaning fee, etc. added on. We used the pool too- that was nice even with our neighborhood friendly iguana hanging out with us. On the email received before we arrived, remember to use the googlemaps directions- otherwise the place is very difficult to find at 10:30 p.m. in the dark! Do not use your "regular" maps app or it takes you to a completely different street, blocks away. Equipped kitchen with pots, plates, cups, silverware. full size refrigerator and freezer (and bottle opener) if you would like to cook. Paper towels and one roll of toilet paper included. No dishtowels. Granted, we spent only sleep and shower time there- the rest of the time, we were out and about. Bed reasonably comfortable. Bring your own wire hangers if you need hangers. We left the wire hangers we brought there. (We had read in a previous post about no hangers at all in the closet). Bring or buy your own beach towels. None are provided at the pool. Handy bathrooms near pool area.

On the email received before we arrived, it suggested you call (Nando) if you need assistance. But he speaks no English, so this was difficult to communicate. There is no "front office/reception" area to call or to stop into if you need something. For instance, we had 2 bath towels for the 2 of us, yet no hand towels or washcloths. I'm a person that uses one. Luckily, I saw a cleaning person cleaning a room after another family checked out and I asked for 2 washcloths at that point- 2 days into our stay. She gladly got me the 2 washcloths. On the same email, there was another number to text if you needed assistance (Bebita)- and she did speak English, but she was not local. She assisted with the directions there. Unit #3 if very hard to find in the dark at 10:30 p.m. when we arrived. It is behind #2, with a gated courtyard to open first, and only THEN can you see #3 on the door. It would have been extremely helpful if the #3 had been posted on either or both of the gates that lead into the courtyard that access Door #3. Again, in the dark of night, it was hard to find. Lastly, there was an open window on the lower level that had a storm shutter that would not close, so the heat of the day crept in even with the fan on. (Only a ceiling fan downstairs and both an AC unit and a ceiling fan upstairs in the bed/bath area). The handle on the shower faucet kept falling off over and over, so getting the temperature right took a while. If you need a hairdryer, bring one. That is not included.
