Fantastic boutique hotel, highly recommend.

At all no toiletry in the room, water spencer only per floor

Great property, helpful staff, nice rooms, central location

An amazing hotel, as befits a UNESCO heritage site. The bedroom was the largest single bedroom I’ve ever had in a hotel, I almost had to ask directions to the en-suite bathroom. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a few hundred metres from some of the main attractions in Bukhara.

Bellissima struttura in centro. Personale super gentile. Camera molto ampia e pulita. Colazione con poca scelta e non a buffet. L'unica cosa da migliorare. Consigliata!!!

Ottimo hotel - va bene per 1/2 notti

3名で予約をしたところ、まずいただいたメッセージには『大人3人に加えて子供がいる場合は追加料金がかかります』『宿泊税は2日で21ドルです』とありました。さらに同じ内容のメッセージがもう一度届き、こちらから「大人3名です。夜中の到着になります」と伝えると、『夜中に到着しても宿泊税はかかります』との返答でした。 事前のやりとりから、少しお金に厳しい印象を受けてしまい、温かい歓迎の雰囲気はあまり感じられなかったのが残念でした。口コミがとても良かったので、私たちの期待が大きすぎたのかもしれませんが、実際には普通のホテルという印象でした。 また、バスタオルに他の方の髪の毛や黄色いシミがついていたのは残念で、もう少し清潔さやホスピタリティが感じられると、より快適に過ごせるのではと思いました。

Sensational hotel

立地が便利、きれいで清潔、お部屋も広くてとてもよかったです。朝食も豪華でした。こじんまりしていますがまたリピートしたいホテルです。

Hotel molto centrale ma fuori dal caso del flusso di turisti. Camere spaziose e molto confortevoli, con bagno ampio e comodo.
