I specifically contacted the hostel before my arrival to explain that I am a guest with a disability and that I urgently needed a lower bunk bed, as I cannot safely access an upper bed. The hostel replied in writing confirming that this would not be a problem and even stated that they would personally assist me upon arrival. However, when I arrived, the lower bed that had been promised to me had been given to other guests, and I was assigned an upper bunk bed that I physically could not climb into safely. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s behaviour. While I was trying to explain that I could not access the upper bunk and was even showing proof of my disability, the employee laughed in my face instead of trying to help resolve the situation professionally and respectfully. The hostel also advertises itself as accessible for disabled guests, which directly influenced my booking decision. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The room itself was also extremely hot and suffocating, with no proper ventilation or fresh air, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Since then, the hostel has been ignoring my messages, as well as Booking.com’s attempts to contact them by message and phone regarding this situation. I have written proof of the accommodation they promised me in advance, as well as evidence of what actually happened upon arrival. This experience was not only stressful and humiliating, but also unsafe. Accessibility should not be advertised if disabled guests are not treated with basic respect, provided with the accommodations explicitly promised to them in advance, or even given a proper response when a serious issue is reported.

Struttura con buona relazione qualità/prezzo. Con accoglienza attenta e chiave intelligente all'ingresso. Servizi privati anche se misti. Ma doccia, WC, lavandino in uno spazio chiuso per persona.

Per dormire, personalmente si ha la sensazione di area rarefatta e pesante. Inoltre dovrebbero specificare che i cassonetti hanno bisogno di un lucchetto proprio (con la possibilità di noleggiarlo in struttura però). Infine anche asciugamani a pagamento se non li ha con sé.

El personal muy amable.

El lugar es una sola habitación grande con todas las camas separadas por biombos. Hacia calor y los baños estuvieron muy sucios toda la estancia.

Hemos estado 8 amigas este fin de semana y la experiencia ha sido de 10. Nos hemos sentido súper a gusto desde el primer momento. Todo estaba muy limpio, el personal fue muy amable y cercano en todo momento, y además nos facilitarán dejar las maletas antes del check-in y después del check-out. La ubicación está muy bien, al lado del metro. Sin duda lo recomendamos al 100%. ¡Volveríamos encantadas!
