"The Hotel was very clean and located at city centre. The breakfast was good but everything was cold."

The location

The first guy at the reception when we reached was not at all cooperative . The staff never smiles. No Bellboy facility.

Personal sehr freundlich, Englisch kein Problem, konnten diverse zusätzlich Sachen in Anspruch nehmen. Zimmerservice sehr gut, sauber und immer alles wieder vorhanden. Ruhig und Lage des Hotels gut.

Завтрак был хорошим, а расположение отеля очень удобное.

К сожалению, качество сервиса оставило негативное впечатление. Персонал был недостаточно отзывчивым и не всегда вежливым. Не хватало приветливого и доброжелательного отношения к гостям. Считаю, что уровень обслуживания является очень важной частью проживания, и в данном случае он не соответствовал ожиданиям.
