Everything is good, overall best experience staff too good especially reception kanishk Food very tasty , I highly recommend Justa Lazy Haven for a peaceful family getaway!

Nothing , everything is good We did not feel as if we had come somewhere else, we were treated like home, we were very happy and we will come again.

"Pathetic Service Great Food"

Food

Pathetic service. We had a low voltage issue in our room and when we called then only it got fixed. The whole night ac wasn't working and the fan was running super slow. We called 10 times in a span of 2 days and it gets fixed only when we call. After an hour things are the same. The staff was irresponsible. Apart from food we suffered only. It didn't feel like a holiday instead of just talking to the reception, manager and staff to get things fixed. Pathetic service awesome food. We even requested to cancel our next day stay due to these issues but they said they can't refund what we paid in advance even for the coming days.

The rooms are good and clean. They have a nice decor. Swimming pool was good. Manicured gardens, neat. Close to the river and forest. Great location!
