"Great facilities in a time of war"

The location, the cleanliness, the courteous and helpful staff especially jouanna who was extremely helpful in accomodating all of our needs.

Unfortunately my stay happened during the period when the south of lebanon is ravaged by the bombardements. A lot of the occupants were families who were forced out of their homes and were staying at the hotel. Kids needed to play at all times so the noise was sometimes unbearable. But i understood that tis was not the hotel fault and the staff tried to keep order at the hotel as much as possible.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Leider wurde nirgends erwähnt das in der Ramadan Zeit kein Frühstück gibt, da dies eins der Auswahlkriterien war. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies unhöflich als selbstverständlich abgetan. Dies ist in den meisten Hotels auch in anderen muslimischen Ländern nicht der Fall. Das Zimmer wurde in 8 Tagen 2 mal gereinigt. Toilettenpapier wurde nur auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt. Fragen wurden oft genervt beantwortet und wenig Interesse gezeigt einem wirklich zu helfen. Dies ist in anderen Hotels in Beirut, die deutlich günstiger sind anders.
