Very helpful, kind, communicative owner. Great location, literally two minutes walk from the University and the city center. Nice and silent apartment, comfortable for one or two people.

Шикарное местоположение, удобное бесконтактное заселение.

Квартира в целом немного уставшая. Крайне неудобная кухня: мойкой в углу невозможно пользоваться, поскольку лицом упираешься в шкаф. Плохая посуда: стаканы с трещинами и без ручек. В комодике для обуви некоторые откидные полки держатся на зажатых салфетках. Ковер на полу скользит так, что я дважды чуть не свернула шею поскользнувшись.
