Belgrade Center Apartment II

Great location. The apartment has everything needed for a few days' stay. The windows face the courtyard (this wasn’t a downside during our stay). Responsive host.

There's no balcony.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, high ceilings and good quality fixtures. The location is great, very central for the old town and city park, and the immediate location next to Studentski Park is very nice.

We were a party of 5 but the apartment is clearly suited to 2 people, or a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (it would be a perfect, spacious place for a couple). The main bed was comfortable but the sofa bed should only be used by small children as it isn't comfortable. There is no guest manual to give information on the area, things to do, or even info on the apartment (E.g. Heating, which is district heating so you cannot control it...having this info available would help guests and save the host time answering questions). One of the TV boxes also failed to work, the other one was fine. Unfortunately our dealings with the host (via text) were hit and miss, with a slightly unfriendly tone in cases.

Nice location for walking, nice apartment, has all utilities and stylish.

Private parking space where the gate opens only by specific persons, so you have to call the owners to buzz over and over again. If you are by car you are stuck in the small streets. The payment was not by card but had to take cash, we had to talk ten times to an owner and an employee to arrange entry, pass codes, payment, pos terminal, meeting point, … and the lady insisted for us to be online without considering roaming expenses, or ATM withdrawal fee for cash. We made at least 10 phone calls with charges. The tone of communication was not pleasant, but at the end, apology was given.

Great apartment at the centre of old town and main area arround museums and attractions. Very important parking place for this location, as it is really tough without it in this central area. Easy communication with owners, everything was great.

Just a small suggestion, put a small place for hanging jackets, that would be great:-)

toaster is missing

Location is great. Apartment is spacious, clean and reasonably well equipped.

The kitchen really needs a microwave oven and an electric toaster. Beware of pickpockets operating in this neighborhood and targeting foreign tourists. They possibly wait around in the cafe on the corner looking for targets.

We liked absolutely everything about the apartment! It was perfectly clean, on a central location, and had everything we needed! We highly recommend it! Thank you, Marko, you were a great host! We will definitely be your guests again! :)
