The little pool area is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The little courtyard is adorable and the shower was amazing. I was traveling with my mother, she is 83, and 2 grandsons. When we arrived my sister helped carry in our bags and helped my mom. Almost immediately I was asked if there were 5 guests and pictures of us entering our room were sent. I personally think it’s creepy to take pictures of your guests. I tried for an hour or more to explain that my sister was not staying. It didn’t matter as they seem to have a no visitor policy. The owner demanded an extra hundred dollars because we had a visitor. Not only that but even though I told him that Expedia advises not to pay owners directly he insisted I do just that or security would come to remove us from the room. By this time it was 11pm and we felt forced to pay it to him as I couldn’t have my 83 year old mom, who has disabilities, being moved at that time. In addition, we were never given the code to the pool, they have an industrial sized red exit light that is continually on and in your face all night long and it’s in the middle of nowhere with any type of fast food a long distance. I would never choose to stay there again!

The place is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and very cozy. The hotel itself is extremely cute. However there’s cameras everywhere, no sign on privacy and the rules are to the extreme. Would I book again, probably not.

The hosts are not on the property but very easy to communicate with. The place is small but very charming. The property is quite picturesque. Room was clean and cool . I traveled with my daughter, the property is so pretty that my daughter asked me to take bunch of photos of her just on the property. The location is within a walking distance to dining areas as well as beech. Its located in Fajardo town which is close to Luquillo town and Ceiba ferry. Ubers are accessible within minutes. If i go to Puerto Rico to this side of the island I will stay with them if available.

Place was very clean and very welcoming. The only problem was that we could not get the TV to work at all and there were no instructions. Apparently they use Google TV but my personal username and password would not work and there was no other username and password provided

When had some problems with the guest house and every time we texted the owner he made it seem like we did it or was always say that never happened before this is the first time that happened making it seem like it’s not true or we did something wrong at the guest, I’m not saying that’s not how he meant but that’s how he made us feel and made us feel uncomfortable to text him which messed up his review , and we kept having issues with the guest house

Place has great location to take advantages of the area. Las Criabas is a beautiful place
