Everything! Everyone was so nice and helpful including when I booked the wrong month. They graciously changed the date!

Nothing! The room was fabulous! I didn’t like the 3 flight of stairs to get luggage up but they helped bring luggage up so not a problem

- window without sight, you could not look through it and you could not open it. - no elevator - our room was very small, you could not open 2 suitcases and stand/walk at the same time

I was travelling alone and arrived in the evening, the hotel was only about 15 minutes from the airport and check in was very straight forward. Having the door codes made it easy in case there wasn’t anyone there. The staff was super friendly and gave great recommendations. The bed was comfy, the shower was warm, and everything was spotless!

No complaints. It was great for a night in between airport and taking the ferry in the morning to Culebra!

"I would stay there again, if they could have the temperature tolerable."

We liked the property and the staff and the room was clean and close to the cruise port

The only complaint we have is it was freezing in our room. I’m not someone who is typically cold, but I slept fully clothes under blankets with gloves on and that was even after we pushed the AC up to 77. My only complaint was the temperature
