The bed was comfortable and everything in the room extremely clean however no where to hang your clothes. No iron or blowdryer. No ice or laundry area. The event room in a small.building caused loud music to go through walls, it was horrible. After midnight the music stopped but the people hanging out by the pool were loud and it felt like they were right in our room how sound travels through aluminum doors. No soundproofing whatsoever.

Excelente hotel. Desde el servicio, lo cómodo que son las habitaciones y la comida, excelente todo. Nos hemos quedado ya varias veces y nos encanta. Tanto como pareja ó familiar, siempre nos encanta el servicio. Especialmente Yanitza que siempre dá más del 100% en todo. Regresaremos pronto

LUGAR ACOGEDOR EL CUARTO LIMPIO Y COMODO AREA DE PISCINA LIMPIA Y EL RESTAURANTE MUY BUENO

CARLA ME ATENDIÓ SUPER AL IGUAL SUS COMPAÑEROS. ESTÁN ALGUNAS ÁREAS EN CONSTRUCCIÓN PERO ESTA COMO QUIERA BUENO PARA HOSPEDARSE . CERCA DE TODO FARMACIA, BALNEARIO,EL POBLADO ETC….

The food at the restaurant was beyond expectations. The check in was confusing because it was with the same person that was at the bar and to check out I just left the key to a maintenance employee. But I understand the hotel is under remodelation.

Demasiado de ruido de los huéspedes en la piscina (media noche) se escuchaba todo en el cuarto a altas horas de la noche y no hubo intervención del personal.

Es fácil llegar, las habitaciones están limpias y hay estacionamiento.
