Little privacy. Room was close to restaurant and you can hear all noises in the street and restaurant.

Restaurant could be screened in to many Mosquito.

This is an amazing place to stay highly recommend!! It is quiet and safe and clean! The staff is so so nice and accommodating and knowledgeable! It is very clean and a beautiful place! It is quiet and you just feel so comfortable and like this is where you are meant to be! It has a great atmosphere in the hotel itself but especially the restaurant and bar are lovely and it’s a great place to eat because of the service, atmosphere, and staff! The location is amazing also! You are close to some beaches, bars, restaurants and cool shops! If you’re looking for places to stay in rincon this should be top of your list! Absolutely adore this place I will be back!

It seemed ok at first

They claim we stained two towels and charged $34 without notifying me why. We didn't stain any towels. We used them normally - e.g., for showers with shampoo, conditioner, soap. There was no blood or anything like that, so I think it's a bogus charge. I'd recommend avoiding this place.

The hotel is very close to Sandy Beach, includes breakfast, and was able to accommodate our late arrival with a lock box holding the room key. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is traditional; we enjoyed having a side dish of mofongo, a Puerto Rican dish based on mashed plaintain (like mashed potatoes). The room has a TV with the Netflix and Prime apps installed, which allowed us to stream content.

The cleaning staff is only scheduled to clean the room every three days, which meant the floor got a bit sandy by the third day. The hotel doesn't really have any permanent staff of its own; you talk to the staff in the restaurant if you need something. In the evening, due to restaurant traffic, we occasionally had to wait for a parking place when we returned from dinner.
